Cherokee Bay is located in Jefferson city, TN right on Cherokee lake and is about 35 minutes from knoxville, TN about 20 minutes from Morristown, TN about 30 minutes from Sevierville, TN and 45 minutes from pigeon forge, TN.

We have single family attached homes as well as single family stand alone homes.

The entire development is lake front with common grounds, we have 16 homes that are directly on the lake within 60 feet and the rest have views but all have common grounds and access to the lake including boat Docks, pool, rec center,  gym, dog park,  walking trails and swimming area to lake. 

We have gated entrance,  pool, walking trails, boat docks, fitness center, rec center,  and dog park. 

You can dock your own boat at Cherokee Bay in the private community Covered Boat Docks.

Yes the HOA fee's are 300 per month and they cover all maintenence for amenities and lawn care and cleaning of exterior of homes. 

Prices start at 449,900 and go up.
